Training & Placement Cell

The Training & Placement (T&P) Cell at SRKREC is dedicated to enhancing students' employability and career readiness through structured training, industry exposure, and placement support. The Cell actively encourages students to gain practical experience through summer internships, semester-long internships, and industrial training programs that bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements.

To prepare students for competitive recruitment processes, the T&P Cell conducts comprehensive training programs focused on aptitude, communication, technical skills, personality development, and interview preparedness. These initiatives enable students to effectively showcase their competencies, strengths, and experiences during campus recruitment drives. Through strong industry–institute collaborations and continuous engagement with leading organizations, the institute has consistently achieved an excellent placement record, with over 80% of students securing positions in reputed national and multinational companies.

SRKREC maintains strong relationships with corporate organizations, industry leaders, educational institutions, and entrepreneurs.
