About Club

To foster a culture of aerial robotics and UAV innovation by empowering students with hands-on skills in drone design, flight control programming, autonomous navigation, and aerial photography. We strive to bridge classroom engineering concepts with real-world aerospace and aerial applications.

Objectives

  • To provide practical training in drone assembly, aeromodelling, and flight dynamics.
  • To encourage research and development in autonomous flight and aerial surveillance systems.
  • To conduct hands-on workshops on drone programming, telemetry, and sensor integration.
  • To participate in national-level aeromodelling challenges, design competitions, and hackathons.
  • To build a collaborative community of innovators exploring aerospace and UAV technologies.

Recent Highlights

Showcasing custom-built fixed-wing and multirotor UAVs designed entirely by student teams, featuring live autonomous waypoint navigation demonstrations and aerial videography showcases.

An intensive technical workshop focusing on multirotor stabilization, flight controller firmware configuration (Betaflight/ArduPilot), and PID tuning mechanics.

Hands-on training sessions covering obstacle avoidance, GPS waypoint mapping, and onboard companion computer integration using Raspberry Pi and OpenCV.

Competitive exhibition bringing together aeromodelling enthusiasts across technical institutions to present innovative utility drones for agriculture and disaster management.

Regular practical mentorship labs where members learn electronic speed controller (ESC) calibration, brushless motor mounting, and PDB wiring.
